The present age restriction is 12 years. This restriction does not apply if the entire house is booked.
A 50% deposit is payable within three days from date of provisional booking. The balance will be due on the date of departure.
In the event of a premature departure, the full amount of the stay as originally booked and confirmed will be charged.
