You can't understand people until you know where they come from. WIth this in mind, we kick off the tour off at the District Six Museum. From there he takes you deep into the heart of some of the various townships in Cape Town where you will see how hundreds of thousands of Capetonians really live. You will also visit the Cape Flats, Manenberg, the Bo Kaap and the infamous Robben Island where Nelson Mandela was held prisonor.
Make sure you take some small change along, it is customary to tip families who let you into their homes.

Your tour will start at the District Six Museum.
You will then visit the various Townships. We preserve the integrity of this tour by also introducing you to the traditional Malay Quarter known as Bo-Kaap as well as Athlone, Rylands and District 6. These areas were defined as Coloured areas with Rylands having being defined as an Indian area.
The day will end with a trip to Robben Island.
